AWBaker Ministries is dedicated to offering comprehensive advocacy and specialized training in the principles of Biblical Discipleship. Our mission is to support and empower local Christian churches by helping them transform casual or nominal church attendees into fully committed and passionate disciples of Jesus Christ who live out their faith daily.

We do this by working with one church at a time, emphasizing the critical importance of discipleship as an integral part of all the church’s plans, purposes, and programs. We work with the church staff to integrate discipleship into everything the church does so that making disciples is not just another program that can be easily cancelled, but is embedded into every event, activity, Sunday School class, small group, and individual church member. Our goal is for each church to find their own unique strategy for converting as many nominal church members to committed disciples of Jesus Christ as possible.
